From a producer with 100 years of wine heritage, the Paco Mulero wines are produced from vines cultivated in the north-eastern part of Jumilla - on high slopes 700 metres above sea level, with poor chalky, sandy soils. Particularly of note are those made from old, low-yielding Monastrell bush vines.
Ripe bramble fruit and plum aromas with hints of toasty oak and vanilla. More ripe dark fruits on the palate balanced by juicy acidity, sweet spice, and supple tannins.
Food match: Roast meats and hearty stews.
