Produced from the traditional Bardolino grapes of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara - from organically cultivated vineyards on the eastern shores of Lake Garda. After harvesting the grapes are destemmed, macerated on skins and fermented. Fragrant aromas of wild strawberry with floral, herbal notes. The palate has bramble fruits and supple tannins, juicy acidity and a touch of white pepper.
