Adobe is a line of organic reserve wine that reflect the highest quality of the vineyards and a deep respect for the environment and its workers. Everything used to make this organic wine is of natural origin. 20% of the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 6 months.

Deep ruby-red in colour with vibrant aromas of crushed redcurrant and blackberries. Medium-bodied on the palate with silky tannin, ripe juicy berry fruits and a long, broad finish. A fruit-driven wine that is easy to drink.

This is a great choice to serve in a cheese and wine dinner party, particularly next to Cheddar, Roquefort, Emmental and Gauda. It’s also an excellent option to accompany different kinds of meats, especially beef, lamb and wagyu.
