This displays good aromatic intensity, with aromas of green apple and fennel combined with notes of white flowers and citrus. The palate is very nice, fresh, tasty, with a good carbonic sensation and good persistence giving a very long finish.
Recommended for drinking on its own at any time, or as an aperitif.
