Ripe lemon on the nose. The palate is well balanced with fresh zesty fruit and a long citrus finish, with remarkable elegance and finesse. Not much difference these days between the wines classified as Chablis and Petit Chablis.
This is a light fruity wine that marries perfectly with oysters and all shellfish.
