The Dolce Colline Prosecco Rose is a fresh and delicately fruity Prosecco Rose with red berry and floral aromas. It is lively on the palate with flavours of soft fruits such as ripe strawberry and raspberry and a crisp clean, refreshing finish. It is made from selected parcels of Glera grapes grown northeast of Treviso, and with the addition on 10% Pinot Noir, also from the defined DOC region, to give colour and flavour. Hand harvested at optimum ripeness to give the required balance between aromatics and good acidity. Gentle pneumatic pressing followed by slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel. The second fermentation takes place in pressure tanks, where the wine spends two months on lees before it is bottled.
