Marco Provolo is the third generation to work the land above the village of Mezzane di Sotto, between the town of Soave and the city of Verona, wine has been produced here since Roman times. The slopes are well drained limestone and clay with good exposure to the sun and winds that keep the vines healthy. A light red wine with no-added sulphites. Fresh raspberry and violet notes followed by delicate herbaceous flavours, cedar and good acidity.
