Fedele is made with organic grapes, without using pesticides and with the total respect for the natural environment as per 834-07 EC rules. This is a careful blend consisting mainly of the indigenous Sicilian grape Catarratto. It is fresh and citrusy with a floral bouquet and tropical fruit flavours. Perfect with seafood or as an aperitif.
