A classic Provence Rose, deep salmon pink in colour with full-flavoured yet nicely balanced savoury fruit - very much a food rose. Predominantly Cinsault with a sweet touch of Grenache and Vermentino.... which the French call Rolle.
Try with crab fritters or linguine and tomato salad.
