A harmonious blend of predominately Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Carignan. Although certain vintages can contain several other grapes such as Syrah and Cabernet Franc to name but a few!

Round, fruity and fairly vigorous this wine raises a dark ruby colour and reveals aromas of mature wild and dark cherries. Subtle fruits and a suspicion of spice making it remarkably easy and pleasant with or without meals.

Try with a lamb shank or cheese.
